Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Manucurist manicure, but if a product isn't right for you, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on nail polishes or treatments that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the unused products in their original packaging and ensure they are safely cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
